My name is Ilexis Elba, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the proud CEO of Elba Behavior Solutions. My journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) commenced in 2007 during my undergraduate years at the esteemed University of Florida.

My Mission & Approach

I work collaboratively with families, especially those with children on the autism spectrum and other disabilities.
