My name is Ilexis Elba, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the proud Owner & CEO of Elba Behavior Solutions. My journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) commenced in 2007 during my undergraduate years at the esteemed University of Florida.

My Mission & Approach

I work collaboratively with families, especially those with children on the autism spectrum and other disabilities. My mission is to navigate and address the unique challenges each child presents, empowering families with sustainable solutions that promote well-being and functional improvement.

Experience

For over eight years, I've specialized in behavioral analysis, focusing on children's unique needs. From school settings to tailored interventions for autism, my experience is vast and varied. My passion is seeing real growth in the children and families I work with, and I remain committed to the latest BCBA methodologies.

Since 2015

Starting from my graduate years, I've applied behavior analytic principles to create meaningful, functional changes within families, educational institutions, and local communities throughout Pennsylvania.

2017 – Hershey Medical Center Feeding Clinic

Focused on addressing issues related to food selectivity, choking phobias, chewing and swallowing difficulties, and weight concerns within pediatric populations.
